Project Finance

Financing

Long-term capital for tomorrow's infrastructure.

We help sponsors and developers prepare and finance data centre, renewable energy, infrastructure and technology projects across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Overview

From concept to financial close.

Project finance funds large assets on the strength of their future cash flows. It requires rigorous preparation: secured land and permits, credible contractors and offtakers, robust financial models and a clear allocation of risk.

We support sponsors at the stages where capital is hardest to secure, from development and pre-construction to construction and refinancing, and we introduce projects to large US and European private equity and infrastructure funds, institutional and private investors, banks, export credit agencies and development finance institutions.

Engagement

How we work with sponsors and companies.

Financing mandates are bespoke. We agree each engagement in writing before work begins.

  • Signed mandate: the engagement letter defines scope, exclusivity, deliverables, and timeline.
  • Project-specific fees: we agree remuneration for each project, reflecting the capital required, the structure, and the complexity of the transaction.
  • Alignment: fee structures can combine a retainer with success-based components linked to financial close.
  • Confidentiality: project information is shared only with qualified investors under confidentiality agreements.
